How many guests an the farm accommodate?

For accommodations, the farm can accommodate 32-34 guests. The Phineas Eastman House (main house) can sleep 14 and has 4 bedrooms in the historic house (1 king, 2 queen, 2 twin beds) and 3 bedrooms in the upstairs of the auditorium (1 queen and 4 twin beds). The Isaac Eastman House (guest house) can accommodate 6 guests in 3 bedrooms (1 queen and 4 twin beds). The Charles House (manager’s house) can sleep 12 guests in 6 bedrooms (3 queen, 1 full, 4 twin) with an additional child’s bedroom with 2 twin beds that can be used seasonally.
